We are one month into the season. Have your expectations been met or are you getting nervous? Let’s take a look at the Power Rankings.

Tampa Bay Rays | 18-12 | 10 | N/A |
The Rays make their way into the top-10 just beating out the Colorado Rockies. The Rays are currently three games back from first in the AL East after one month. The past week the Rays have been helped out drastically by a hot Manuel Margot. In 18 at-bats he has nine hits, three of them being longballs. He drove in 10 runs this week, doubling his last three weeks combined total. Starting Pitching has performed well for them and this last week was headlined by 36-year-old veteran Corey Kluber. Kluber’s last start saw him go six innings and giving up only three hits while striking out seven. He has been solid this year, in 26.2 IP he has a 2.36ERA.

Toronto Blue Jays | 17-13 | 9 | 8 |
The Blue Jays drop a spot from our last update. They also drop down to third in the AL East. The offense has struggled a little as of late, but Santiago Espinal has been a very nice bright spot the past week. In his 14 at-bats, he hit safely in five of them. Three of those hits have gone for extra bases. Unfortunately, people have not been on for him during that streak, only driving in one run. He has also been pretty patient, walking five times in that span. Yusei Kikuchi and Kevin Gausman this past week combined for 12.1P and 12 strikeouts, while only giving up two runs.
