This week featured blowouts, ties, and a team reclaiming its spot as one of the top teams in the NFL.
Four teams scored over 40 points this week en route to blowing out their opponents. The Lions have never been closer to their first win of the season but ended in a tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs and Patriots both won convincingly making big jumps in our power rankings. See how these two and the other teams stack up in our NFL week 11 power rankings.

Houston Texans | 1-8 | 32 | 31 |
The good news is that the Texans did not lose this week while on their bye week. The bad news is that this week, they will go up against the AFC’s top team in the Titans. Rough. Expect to see this team at 32 again next week. – Justin Bauerle
Next Week: Tennessee Titans (8-2)

Detroit Lions | 0-8-1 | 31 | 32 |
For the first time this season, the Lions did not lose a football game! They also did not win one either. Resulting in the first tie of the 2021 NFL season, the Lions took the AFC contending Steelers all the way to the end of OT in a 16-16 Final. While costly mistakes and missed opportunities continued to plague the Lions, they almost managed to upset a good team this Sunday, something that is a feat in itself. Still, the execution and finishing of games have yet to find its way to Detroit. Let’s see if the Lions can build on this microscopic momentum, in an attempt to not finish 0-16-1, which is way cooler than finishing 0-17. – Garrett Williams
Next Week: Cleveland Browns (5-5)

Jacksonville Jaguars | 2-7 | 30 | 29 |
The Jaguars followed up a bad offensive performance with another bad offensive performance. Trevor Lawrence has struggled with a horrible roster around him. Attention should be turned towards the 2022 NFL Draft. – Tim Rodriguez
Next Week: San Francisco 49ers (3-6)

New York Jets | 2-7 | 29 | 28 |
The Jets thought they had their guy in Zach Wilson, then Mike White came on the season. He set records in his first career game and got his jersey put in the Hall of Fame. In his first healthy start after that many expected White to come out hot. Well, in true Jets fashion, he fell flat against the Bills throwing four interceptions. Maybe the Jets haven’t found their guy. – Jacob Mummert
Next Week: Miami Dolphins (3-7)

Chicago Bears | 3-5 | 28 | 26 |
There is really not enough to say about this team coming off a bye week, but the Bears will soon face the Ravens on Sunday. The Bears have a good chance to take a lead early in this game, but Lamar Jackson has been coming back all season to get wins. There’s not a lot of confidence that Matt Nagy will develop Justin Fields into what he needs to be. This could be the end of the Nagy after this week. It’s hot seat season. Will this be the week that the bears fire Nagy? – Justin Bauerle
Next Week: Baltimore Ravens (6-3)
