For the remaining weeks, starting now, we are going with the Top 15. With teams surging at the right time, the playoffs have never been more wide-open this close to the playoffs before. Let’s look at who is sitting on the top of the mountain as we enter Week 15 of the NFL season.

Denver Broncos | 7-6 | 15 | 16 |
The front office has made some brilliant draft choices in recent years, and you can see it all starting to come together. However, the story is really still the same as it has been since Manning retired – they’re a QB away. Although the ROI has been great with Teddy, his low ceiling and the overall inconsistency of this team will likely keep them from turning the corner this year. They said that they need to treat the remaining games as if it was the playoffs, but will they ultimately prove that they can be a playoff team? First up is the Bengals – an explosive opponent looking to bounce back. – Logan Hanson
Next Week: Cincinnati Bengals (7-6)

Cincinnati Bengals | 7-6 | 14 | 13 |
The Cincinnati Bengals had a victory in their hands after scoring 17 unanswered points to take a 3 point lead in overtime. Then they just coughed it up. Can the Bengals turn it around and get back into the playoff hunt? If the Bengals could have just played a little more defense in overtime, they would be looking at the fourth seed and a divisional lead. Instead, they are looking from the outside, hoping a team will falter. – Justin Bauerle

Cleveland Browns | 7-6 | 13 | 14 |
Cleveland was able to squeak out a win against the Baltimore Ravens after Lamar Jackson went down with an ankle injury. The Browns also lost Kareem Hunt to an ankle injury, but let’s be honest. Jackson has a much bigger impact on his team. Baker Mayfield, who has had an up-and-down season, threw for 190 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. Nick Chubb, who is still bouncing back from his injuries, rushed 17 times for only 59 yards and no score. Cleveland is now in the hunt for the playoffs but since they split the series with the Ravens there will be no head-to-head tiebreaker for the AFC North title. Somehow the Browns have a chance to make the playoffs via a division clinch or wild-card spot. – Jacob Mummert
Next Week: Las Vegas Raiders (6-7)

Baltimore Ravens | 8-5 | 12 | 12 |
Just when you thought the injuries couldn’t get much worse for this team, Lamar Jackson suffers an ankle injury early in the second quarter against Cleveland. After only managing two FGs in the first half and being down 24-6, Baltimore mounted a furious comeback including recovering an onside kick late, but it just wasn’t enough to get past a healthier Baker Mayfield and Cleveland. The severity and length of Jackson’s injury are likely the keys to how successful the Ravens are down the stretch as they still have to play The Packers, Bengals, Rams, and Steelers. After all the injuries and their ability to persevere through them, don’t count them out. But without Lamar, that’s an extremely tall task ahead. – Kyle Henning
Next Week: Green Bay Packers (10-3)

Los Angeles Chargers | 8-5 | 11 | 11 |
Good teams beat bad teams badly. That’s what the Chargers did this past week as they dominated the New York Giants, cruising to a 37-21 victory. Down several key players including All-Pros Keenan Allen and Derwin James, the Bolts rallied together and at one point led by 30 points. Superstar quarterback Justin Herbert continues to play at an MVP level and tossed for 275 yards and three touchdowns. Herbert now has 30 passing touchdowns on the year becoming the first quarterback in NFL history to record 30 touchdowns in each of his first two seasons. Now Los Angeles must focus its attention on the division rival Kansas City Chiefs. The winner of this highly anticipated matchup will gain sole possession atop the AFC West standings and gain a huge advantage in the conference playoff picture. – Zac Alfers
Next Week: Kansas City Chiefs (9-4)
