Things are heating up heading into Week 16 of the regular season and for the third straight week, we have a new number one!
It has been a wild ride through the power rankings as of late. There have been several teams on a rollercoaster of emotions with big-time losses and surprising wins. We’ve seen long streaks end and new ones begin. Who would have thought that the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins would have the longest active winning streaks in Week 16? Not me.

Cleveland Browns | 7-7 | 15 | 13 |
The Browns were dealt a bad hand by COVID this week ruling out their starting quarterback Baker Mayfield and his backup Case Keenum. That left Nick Mullens to lead the charge against the Raiders on Monday night. Las Vegas got the best in this outing by only two points on the leg of Daniel Carlson as time expired. Right now the Browns are in a rough spot sitting at the 12th seed, 4th in the AFC North, with an outside chance to make the Wild Card. – Jacob Mummert
Next Week: Green Bay Packers (11-3)

San Francisco 49ers | 8-6 | 14 | 16 |
The 49ers have kept their playoff hopes alive with a win against the Falcons. The Comeback Player of the Year candidate, Nick Bosa, is really putting it in gear with an incredible amount of sacks after an ACL tear. He’s shown his dominance is still there and that no injury can hold him down. George Kittle is also enjoying some receiving yardage so far this season with 63 catches for 850 yards. Deebo Samuel got another touchdown on the ground as he continues to be a versatile weapon that Kyle Shannahan is using to perfection. – Josh Braegger
Next Week: Tennessee Titans (9-5)

Baltimore Ravens | 8-6 | 13 | 12 |
Another gut-wrenching loss. Tyler Huntley and the offense gave it all they had against Aaron Rodgers and company. But in the end, they came up with a two-point conversion attempt for the win. That is 3 losses in a row by a combined 4 points. The NFL is a game of inches as they say, and over the next 3 weeks, the Ravens are going to need to come out ahead in that area against two-division opponents and the Rams in order to get into the playoffs. – Kyle Henning
Next Week: Cincinnati Bengals (8-6)

Cincinnati Bengals | 8-6 | 12 | 14 |
The Bengals will need a strong finish to keep the division in their grasp. A slight fault and they could be easily out of the playoffs. The AFC North is a wide-open division and every single team still has a chance to win the title. – Justin Bauerle
Next Week: Baltimore Ravens (8-6)

Tennessee Titans | 9-5 | 11 | 9 |
The Tennessee Titans showed everyone what we already knew when they traveled to Pittsburgh. You can’t win many games in this league when you turn the ball over 4 times. The defense played another great game but was let down by the offense again. This team can be Dangerous the rest of the season. But it all depends on if the offense can get an identity and stop turning the ball over. We have a short week ahead with a lot of questions. – Colton Farmer
Next Week: San Francisco 49ers (8-6)
